Just updating what I've been eating...
Yesterday:
2 dates and 5 brazil nuts
coconut water and flesh blended with almonds, date, and carob powder with ice
Indian food (channa masala and steamed idli) which I was told contained no dairy. I was also told that once I go completely raw, I can get fresh, raw veggies served with chat masala! Yay!
Today:
Coconut shake
zucchini pasta and sauce
tiny salad
smoothie made from mango, banana, oj, ice
small handful of nuts
