Raw granola with walnuts, almonds, dates, raisins, carob chips (not raw), cinnamon--this gave me a sugar-high feeling and 20 minutes later I felt like I couldn't make it through the day. :-/ I would have had something different, but my husband had prepared that and it looked good and easy to eat. I won't eat that again, though.
Tomato salad
Fried green tomatoes (daughter wanted to make these--they were tasty but gave me a bit of a tummy ache)
Flavorful cooked bean dish (pretty, so I took a pic--but pics still can't go up until my computer is fixed): pintos, black beans, onion, garlic, yellow heirloom tomato, gypsy pepper, red hot pepper, adobo seasoning, nectarine--all topped with tomato salsa, chopped nectarine, cherry tomato! YUM!
Small cup of homemade almond milk with carob powder added
Kid wanted popcorn this evening, so I had a bunch of that with vegan butter and salt.
