The new juicer arrived (commercial Champion since it was the same price as the home one). So, I'm having juice for dinner. It tastes great. I loved seeing all the dry pulp compared to the wet pulp we usually get with the Juiceman juicer.
Now we need to use the dehydrator soon, so that we can make sure that's in working order. :-)
===========
FEELING:
Feeling okay. I'm kind of bummed that the B12 and iron aren't making me have tons of energy. I am feeling okay, though, so that's better than feeling like I'm forcing myself to do normal things. I havne't been sleeping very well now that my family has returned. I was surprised at how well I slept while they were away!
==========
LEARNING:
Learning how to operate the Champion juicer and to wash all the parts. :-P
=========
EATING:
carob coconut shake
kale avocado salad
carob coconut "fudge"
juice of carrots, apple, beet, beet greens

Sam!
I can't believe you are there, in the past, with me. LOL I was a
different person then...hope you still like me. ;-)
My entire Going Raw Journal has been gone over and comments have been
added from a future perspective--it's going to be included in my book (if
the book isn't too long, that is) that I'm working on.
That first year seems like a lifetime ago, and in many ways it is. I'm a
new person, living a new life. Raw is a beautiful way to wake up, don't
you think
I love you!
