Here's what I'm eating today:
* 1/2 of a huge cherimoya (yum!)
* 1 small banana
* Mexican salad made with mixed greens and spinach, salsa (tomatoes, scallions, garlic, cilantro, salt, cayenne, lime juice), and nut mixture (walnuts, nama shoyu, coriander, cumin)
* 1/3 of a carob coconut shake
* 12 oz glass of fresh veg juice (carrot, celery, beet, apple)
